Keith Loh

With over 15 years of experience, Keith Loh is a seasoned entrepreneur and coffee professional. Starting his career in printing, he later ventured into F&B, including owning a specialty coffee retail brand. It was during this time that Keith discovered his passion for coffee and became a key figure in Singapore’s specialty coffee scene.

An accomplished competitor, Keith won the 2010 Singapore Barista Championship, representing the country on the world stage. He also secured titles like the 2010 National Pura Latte Art Champion and the 2013 Singapore National Cup Tasters Champion. Beyond competing, Keith is a skilled trainer and roaster.

Since 2012, Keith has served as a judge in Singapore’s national coffee competitions and is an active supporter of coffee events. At Caffeine Solutions, he helps corporate clients achieve their coffee program goals.

Ben Fones

Ben Fones is an experienced entrepreneur and business operator who has launched and sold multiple tech startups over the past decades. He continues to invest in and advise startups, with a particular focus on product strategy and, of course, coffee!

Ben began his career as a consultant for IBM, specializing in the banking and finance sectors. In 2006, he co-founded Affle, a global mobile platform serving leading markets in trade, app development, marketing, and publishing. As a regional leader, Ben was responsible for managing and expanding Affle’s business operations.

At Caffeine Solutions, Ben takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial strategy and ensuring the company’s sustainability and growth. His love for coffee is also deeply influenced by Keith, making him a passionate advocate for the brand's mission of delivering premium coffee solutions to businesses and individuals alike.

Mark Rozario

After leading the establishment of a new division at Super Group focused on HORECA/OCS/Retail, Mark brings extensive experience and a valuable network to the team. His expertise in business development and operations has been instrumental in driving success across various industries.

Mark’s career highlights include building and managing high-performing teams and executing strategies that deliver measurable results. His ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels makes him a key player in fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration within the organization.
